In this dynamic senior finance manager role, you'll support the end-to-end controllership for related transactions, incorporating process excellence, controls and compliance, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. This senior finance position will partner across various organizations to help design, document, and govern the OpenAI partnership. Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a project plan for various workstreams, identify gaps, drive accountabilities, and communicate status to stakeholders
• Develop trusted partnerships across diverse teams such as corporate development, central finance, engineering groups (EG) finance, tax, accounting, corporate, external, and legal affairs (CELA), and external auditors.
• Demonstrate proficiency in US GAAP and able to efficiently document accounting conclusions
• Simplify complex accounting, finance, and business details to support leadership decision-making.
• Successful execution of time-sensitive and high-pressure deliverables with calm composure, positive attitude, and team spirit.
• Contribute to team growth including mentorship, coaching, recruiting, onboarding, and training activities.
• Apply judgment and manage multiple workstreams to create clarity in ambiguous scenarios.

Accounting IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
