About the Role

We are seeking motivated and people-focused individuals to join our team as Client Success Trainees . This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity with 100% commission-based pay and uncapped income potential . You will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and the tools you need to build a long-term career in client support and relationship management—all while working from home on a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Learn how to onboard new clients and ensure a positive experience from day one

Provide excellent support and help clients with product or service questions

Communicate with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings

Identify client needs and coordinate internally to deliver the right solutions

Maintain accurate records of client interactions using company systems

Participate in ongoing training and development with the client success team

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional, friendly, and eager to provide excellent service

Organized with strong time management and follow-through skills

Comfortable using technology for remote communication

Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn

Customer service or office experience is helpful but not required
