Senior Account Executive at Spectrum

This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future. Are you passionate about driving business growth and mentoring a sales team? As a Senior Account Executive at Spectrum, you'll sell advanced communications solutions to small and medium-sized businesses, while sharing your expertise and guiding the sales team. Your focus on coax Internet, video, voice, and ancillary services will help expand our customer base and achieve sales goals. What Our Senior Account Executives Enjoy Most About the Role

    Required Qualifications

    Education : Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience

    Technical Skills : Knowledge of communications technologies and services, with an emphasis on telephone and Internet fundamentals

    Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record

    Skills & Abilities : Strong desire for growth within the company and to help build the strength of the Spectrum Business team Ability to build and maintain customer relationships Strong verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

    Preferred Qualifications

    3-5 years of outside sales experience in a high transaction, short closing cycle model

    1+ years of experience as an Account Executive at Charter with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

    Business-to-business sales experience

    The base pay for this position generally is between $57,360.00 and $94,920.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses. In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $64,800.
