About the Role

In this role, you will partner with business leaders and engineers to build custom software that powers our iconic brands of Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic, and Athleta. You will help define the product roadmap by working with other product management counterparts and leaders to understand upcoming capabilities to positively impact the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the product strategy and roadmap for finance systems (Oracle ERP / EPM) and FP&A reporting tools (Anaplan).
• Partner with Finance Transformation, Finance, Accounting, and Procurement to define product roadmap, understand business priorities, gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Lead E2E finance systems projects through project lifecycle (design, build, test, deployment, and adoption).
• Drive system implementations, enhancements, and integrations across GL, R2R, P2P, Treasury, O2C, Fixed Assets and Financial Reporting.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Vendors on managing and delivering system enhancements and new capabilities for finance stakeholders.
• Champion AI adoption and user experience improvements across finance operations.
• Stay informed on industry best practices and regulatory changes.

Salary Range : $165,300 - $219,000 USD

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
