Position Summary :

Under supervision of the I.T. Director for daily job assignments, will perform a variety of clerical duties of a routine and recurring nature. This includes answering incoming calls, entering data, filing, maintaining inventory and basic hardware, installing basic software programs, resolving minor system problems, and performing related work in a technology focused department.

Qualifications :

Prefer High school graduate or equivalent work experience. Knowledge of computer systems, hardware maintenance, software installation preferred. Also, experience with keyboards, printers, shredder, typewriter, copier, 10 key calculator, telephone system, PCs, scanners, digital camera, multimedia projector preferred. Excellent communication skills with basic knowledge of English composition, ability to work with numbers accurately and able to understand verbal instructions, typically acquired in four years of high school with general business curriculum. Must also have solid interpersonal skills and the willingness to work as a member of a team. Must be able to enter information into a computer following a format and have basic understanding of data processing and computer operations.

Current and valid CA Drivers License and proof of Auto Insurance, Clean DMV Record.
