Performs under the supervision of a physician or professional nurse those services requiring the education, training, and experience, as evidenced by knowledge, abilities, and skills required for a licensed practical nurse pursuant in caring for the ill, injured, or infirm, in teaching and promoting preventive health measures, in acting to safeguard life and health, or in administering treatments and medications prescribed by a legally authorized physician, or physician assistant implementing a medical plan per CRS 12-38-103 (4).
Makes members / patients and their needs a primary focus of one's actions; develops and sustains productive member / patient relationships.
Actively seeks information to understand member / patient circumstances, problems, expectations, and needs. Builds rapport and cooperative relationship with members / patients.
