We are seeking a Balancer to ensure the correct balance and alignment of rotating components, such as wheels, shafts, and other machinery parts.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate balancing machines and tools to balance rotating components according to technical specifications and quality standards.
- Set up and calibrate balancing equipment, including adjusting parameters and ensuring proper alignment and load distribution.
- Inspect and measure components before and after balancing to ensure they meet tolerance and performance requirements.
- Identify and resolve issues related to imbalance, vibration, or alignment by making necessary adjustments and repairs
- Maintain accurate records of balancing operations, including measurements, adjustments, and any issues encountered during the process.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on balancing equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend the lifespan of the machinery.
- Ability to use the following tools : electrical assembly tools, multimeter, test supply, forklift, and lugger.
- Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment and compliance with industry standards

Requirements
Education And Experience
High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in balancing roles a plus.Operating balancing equipment a plusThe ability to interpret technical specifications and measurements a plusMust be mechanically inclined and have an aptitude for mechanical measurement.Work Environment
Collaborative work environment.Emphasis on communication.Exposure to hazardous equipment.Required use of proper safety equipment (e.g., steel-toed boots, safety glasses) and adherence to safety procedures.Exposure to loud noises.Additional Eligibility Requirements
