What You’ll Do
You’ll be the go-to person making sure vendors get paid on time, records stay spotless, and our accounting team has what it needs to drive financial clarity. You will :
- Own the invoice process — review, verify, and process payments accurately and on time
- Keep our AP ledger clean and audit-ready
- Build great vendor relationships while solving payment questions quickly
- Partner with the accounting team during month-end close and reporting
- Support tax and compliance prep (1099s, sales tax, etc.)
- Be part of a culture that values ownership, teamwork, and customer service — internally and externally
