Accounts Payable Coordinator

As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you would be responsible for maintaining the processing and timely payments of invoices for the organization. Responsibilities include :

• Take ownership of end-to-end AP process- coding, approval, weekly check runs, vendor set up for multiple locations / states
• Works closely with leadership and practices to obtain invoice approvals
• Consolidate and prepare invoices for payment via checks, portal or ACH
• Closely monitor and balance multiple bank accounts
• Monthly reconciliations of vendor statements

Qualifications :

Pay Rate $26 / hr

PTO, paid holidays / 5 sick days This is a hybrid position based in metro Nashville (3 / 2 work schedule) Hours : M-F (40 hours / week), Flexible start / end times between 7am-9am

Office is in metro Nashville area please no out of state applicants. Only candidates local to the middle TN area will be considered.

Pay Details : $25.00 to $26.00 per hour
