Manager, IT User Access Management

Overview

Manager, IT User Access Management is a leadership role responsible for the IT User Access Management team, including various User Access Management and IT Automation Engineers. The position provides leadership, direction, and oversight in the design, support, and automation of the organization's identity and access management systems. The role collaborates with business unit leaders, IT Development teams, and IT Engineering teams to plan and prioritize projects. It oversees integrations, upgrades, and maintenance of identity management systems and provides top-level support for enterprise-level identity and access management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and oversight of the IT User Access Management team
• Plan and prioritize IAM-related projects with business and IT stakeholders
• Oversee integrations, upgrades, and maintenance of identity management systems
• Deliver top-level support for enterprise IAM systems
