Position Summary

Academic Technologies is seeking responsible, self-motivated students that demonstrate leadership, aptitude, initiative, and assertiveness to provide assistance and training on a wide variety of technology to students, faculty, and staff in classrooms across campus. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent customer service skills and an interest in technology support, customer service, and teaching. This position provides support for walk in requests, over the phone, and within the system.
Must possess the ability to work independently, organize time efficiently, and to communicate professionally with faculty, staff, and students. Applicants should be able to take the initiative to solve problems on their own as well as request help as needed. Applicants may be asked to participate in projects, which may include technology testing, maintenance, or deployment of new computer environments.
