Intralox, L.L.C. is looking for an Industrial Engineer within our Manufacturing Improvement Team (MIT) at our location in Harahan, LA. We are looking for someone who is just as comfortable on the floor talking with teams as they are behind a screen analyzing data. Your ability to build strong, trusting relationships will be just as important as your technical expertise in process improvement driving operational excellence in your respective area.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate directly with key stakeholders across departments to understand operational challenges and identify improvement opportunities.

Lead and support process improvement initiatives that drive measurable outcomes in cost, quality, speed, and customer satisfaction.

Utilize process improvement methodologies such as value stream mapping, lean, and Six Sigma to analyze systems, workflows, and bottlenecks.

Lead requirements gathering for new or existing systems implementations.

Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Work with other technical teams to develop solutions (Quality, Manufacturing Engineering Group, New Product Engineering).

Help establish metrics and KPIs for ongoing performance monitoring and improvement tracking.

Develop and optimize SOP's including audits to ensure their compliance.
