In this key position, you will serve as the Engineer of Record (EOR) for site civil land development projects, performing and overseeing the preparation of construction documents, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the Engineer of Record for site civil engineering projects plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• Manage and lead design teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, including preparing engineering proposals to secure new opportunities.
• Obtain necessary permits from jurisdictional agencies across Florida.
• Collaborate with contractors during construction phases, providing oversight, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance.
• Contribute to department growth by mentoring junior staff and identifying opportunities for expansion.
