Business Development Representative- SALES DEPARTMENT

Porsche Audi Burlingame has been family owned and operated since 1951.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Follow up with hot leads via CRM communication- email, text and phone calls
  • Generate 50+ appointments per month with a 65% show rate
  • qualify prospective clients by handling all objections and using persuasion skills
  • Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
  • Responsible for making outbound unsold follow-up calls
  • Be available to respond to phone AND email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
  • Meet and exceed goals each monthly and quarter

REQUIREMENTS :

  • No Experience necessary, Will train the right candidate
  • Must be willing to work weekends and holidays except for New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented
  • Be able to work in a team environment
  • Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
