We are looking for a Product Manager with knowledge in the identity and cybersecurity space with great communication skills, to join our exciting and diverse team. You will revel in delivering identity and security driven products and services to enterprises around the world, to make the world a more secure and productive place.
Based in the US as a member of the Entra Customer Experience Engineering team the successful candidate, will work closely with the Identity and Network Access engineering product development team and will engage with customers to accelerate the adoption of Microsoft’s Identity solutions.
You will also engage in enabling partners, cross-product security teams and Microsoft technical sales teams across the Entra product set and operate in the incubation space, focusing on new and emerging products and features, ensuring customer success and adoption in the early stages. Qualifications
Required / Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience in product / service / project / program management or software development

Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.

Responsibilities
To be successful in this role, you need to have technical depth and skills to be able to earn and carry off the privilege of being a trusted advisor to both IT and Business owners across the breadth of our customers. You would want to roll up your sleeves and solve deep, technical, customer problems. You need to relish the idea of representing our new product innovations and advising on identity strategy and investment to leadership across our customers and partners.
Builds trust with a targeted selection of customers. Orchestrates a line of communication with complex and advanced customers to capture feedback and insights through the product development lifecycle.
Use customer insights, research and data to develop thought leadership collateral and influence appropriate product groups to plan, build and deliver solutions that meet these customer needs and market opportunities. Navigate and create accountability and clarity with Product / Engineering teams.
Collaborate on plans to incubate features and solutions, collaborating with product groups, marketing, sales teams and other stakeholders.
