Job descriptionManage a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress and resource allocation Create cost estimates for labor, supplies, materials and other project costs Collaborate with clients, Project Managers, other construction management to determine budget and timeline Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers Create schedules for workers and subcontractors Other standard duties Prior experience working on industrial or large commercial projects is a requirement Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Managment, or equivalent work experience 2-10 years of experience as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or similar required Prior experience working for a commercial or industrial general contractor strongly preferred
Job Description
Our client is a well-established Commercial / Industrial General Contractor that is seeking a strong Assistant Project Manager or up and coming Project Manager to join their team in Charleston, SC. They work on a variety of large commercial and industrial projects such as life sciences, mission critical, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, aviation, and a variety of other high-profile projects.
Title : Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager depending on experience
Start Date : October, 2025
Location : Charleston, SC
Base Pay Range : $80k-95k for Assistant Project Manager and $95k-110k for Project Manager
