Job descriptionBoard Certified by American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) - REQUIRED Active MI licenses - Nursing and Specialty License (must have in-hand) - REQUIRED (NO EXCEPTIONS) Up-to-date COVID and Flu vaccinations (or willing to obtain by start) (note in 'Additional Submission Details' field) - REQUIRED Active BLS, ACLS, PALS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED Clean Malpractice / License History - REQUIRED Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in 'Additional Submission Details' field) - REQUIRED Is provider willing to travel to other ambulatory sites when necessary? (note in 'Additional Submission Details' field) - REQUIRED At least 2 years CRNA work experience (not including RN or training) - REQUIRED AANA ACLS BLS Board Certified PALS Michigan Up-to-date COVID and annual flu vaccinations; Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B?; Willing to travel to other ambulatory sites when necessary?; At least 2 years CRNA work experience (not including RN or training); Clean Malpractice / License

- Outpatient position at an Ambulatory Surgery Center
- Varied day shifts + On call
- Minimal call
- Varied weekend shifts
- Average number of patients : Varies
