Settlement Analyst I

IGT is seeking a Settlement Analyst to oversee accurate transaction data for cash advance, ATM, and check services. In this role, you'll manage fund disbursements, ensure regulatory compliance, and resolve settlement issues efficiently. Responsibilities also include handling inquiries, maintaining reports, and researching transactions for reimbursements.

What will you be doing?

  • Ensure accurate and auditable transaction data for cash advance, ATM, and check services.
  • Manage fund disbursement and collection, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Resolve settlement issues and transaction exceptions promptly.
  • Handle settlement inquiries and maintain reports and bank statements.
  • Research transactions for customer reimbursements and prepare funding statements.

Skills, knowledge, and expertise for the job :

  • Basic Excel knowledge. Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and a quick learner. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
