Event Coordinator

Every day, each Fooda location is served by a different restaurant that comes onsite and serves fresh lunch from their chef's unique menu. Fooda is currently recruiting for a part time Event Coordinator in our Denver market. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a hospitality or events background who are eager to learn about food service, work with great customers, and support a broad network of excellent local restaurants.
What You'll Be Doing : Support Fooda events in a variety of capacities, including :
Gain competency with Fooda's technology and standard operations procedures. Problem-solve for issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, late restaurant arrivals, or incorrect email communication. Troubleshoot technical issues with point-of-sale (POS) system, onsite technology, and TV menu boards. Conduct onsite Fooda promotions and mobile app coaching. Provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues promptly directly with the consumer. Facilitate audits of restaurant event set-up to ensure consistency and high quality. Escalate issues to Operations Manager when necessary to keep them informed or help problem solve. Critical hours are over lunch Monday - Thursday (10 am 2 pm) but responsibilities may span 8am-4pm, depending on the market and need.
