Regional Sales Manager - Northeast

AirSculpt is seeking a Regional Sales Manager - Northeast! The Regional Sales Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales performance across multiple centers within a designated region. This individual will oversee a team of Patient Care Consultants (PCCs) and collaborate closely with Practice Managers, Surgeons, and Operations Leadership to ensure center success. A results-driven, emotionally intelligent leader with deep expertise in direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales will thrive in this role. Our Northeast region includes : Birmingham, MI; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; Deerfield, IL; Edina, MN; Kansas City, KS; New York City, NY; Philadelphia, PA; White Plains, NY.

AirSculpt is a next-generation body contouring treatment designed to optimize both comfort and precision, available exclusively at AirSculpt offices. The minimally invasive procedure removes fat and tightens skin, while sculpting targeted areas of the body, allowing for quick healing with minimal bruising, tighter skin, and precise results. More than 50,000 AirSculpt cases have been performed in AirSculpt's 30+ premium locations throughout the U.S., Canada and the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Sales Leadership & Execution

  • Drive consult-to-sale performance and overall revenue attainment across centers.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide hands-on coaching and development to PCCs to improve close rates, ASP, and consult volume management.

Multi-Center Oversight

  • Serve as the sales leader for multiple high-performing centers.
  • Conduct regular in-person and virtual check-ins with local teams to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Monitor and act on KPI trends such as show rates, booking %, refund rate, ASP, lead response time, and conversion ratios.
  • Team Development & Culture

  • Foster a culture of empowerment, excellence, and accountability.
  • Identify training needs and implement best practices in consultative selling.
  • Support the onboarding of new PCCs and the development of tenured team members.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Clinical teams to ensure seamless patient experience and aligned business goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities and market-specific trends that impact center performance.
  • Participate in national sales calls and initiatives to share insights and elevate best practices.
  • Required Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role within a direct-to-consumer or retail medical aesthetics environment (cosmetic surgery, medspa, elective health, luxury healthcare preferred).
  • Proven success managing multi-unit teams and delivering consistent performance across KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and inspire high-performing sales teams.
  • Deep knowledge of sales funnel mechanics, CRM systems, and performance metrics.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel 5075% of the time across the assigned region.
  • Preferred but Not Required :

  • Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
  • Salesforce experience
  • Physical Demands :

  • Must be able to sit or stand intermittently for the duration of a shift (8-12 hours)
  • Push / pull / lift up to 25 pounds

    Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant licenses or certifications.
