About the Role

As Staff Accountant, you'll handle full-cycle accounts payable, assist with reconciliations and wire transfer processing, and play a vital part in month-end and audit activities. Ideal candidates will bring strong organizational skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a commitment to timely and compliant financial workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable functions, including invoice entry, coding, approval routing, and payment execution
• Conduct daily and monthly account reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly
• Prepare and process wire transfers with a focus on accuracy and internal controls
• Manage vendor records and respond to payment-related inquiries
• Contribute to month-end close procedures, including journal entries and accruals
