Goal of This Role :

As the Founder's Associate, you'll be at the center of everything that keeps Lucid Bots running smoothly. You'll manage the founder's priorities, keep the office organized and welcoming, and build simple systems that make the team more effective.

This role is designed for someone early in their careermaybe a recent grad or self-taught tech-enthusiastwho's smart, organized, and eager to learn how startups really work. You'll get exposure to operations, communication, and decision-making at the highest level, all while building a foundation for a long-term career in tech or business.
