EchoParkAutomotive is hiring an Automotive Sales Admin / Document Specialistfor our dealership in New Braunfels.As aDocument Specialist, you will play an important role in the smooth and friendly guest experience.Ifyou'rea self-sufficient, resilient person who enjoys working in a fast-paced,fun environment; we're looking for you. As aDocument Specialist, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely execution of the financialdocumentationprocess.

WhatYou'llDo :

• Assist with the final steps of the purchase process
• Provide accurate and timely completed paperwork for successful processing
• Check all paperwork for the correct title, lien information, taxes, etc.
• Verify insurance, tradepayoffs, and obtain deposits
