Job descriptionSelf-starter who is decisive and able to run production projects from start to finish. Clear understanding of the production process. Producer is responsible for and has experience executing a variety of productions (video, social, digital, print projects and activations) from pre-production phase through post-production and final delivery independently. Develop, implement, and oversee interdisciplinary production projects and ensure we deliver services on time and within budget that meet our production quality standards. Be the point person for managing production schedules, budgets and overall project organization to ensure timelines and requirements are executed efficiently. Actively research potential partners and work to secure the best resources possible to execute a creative idea. Constantly working to improve team processes and improve agency workflow systems and procedures. Ability to optimize production process, finding and implementing production efficiencies. Partner with the Account Team to act as a key point of contact for all things production. Work with the Post Production team, Content Creator team, Design team, and Development team, whether internal or an outside partner, to carry a project through production. Ensure usability, quality assurance and brand standards are adhered to prior to launch in partnership with the account team. Assess liability with Business Affairs and legal counsel to ensure we comply with intellectual property and technology laws / best practices. Create project estimates and track costs to ensure we stay within budget in partnership with the business manager. Assist Senior Producer in providing education of the content production process to the department and agency as a whole. Be an expert on emerging technology trends and tools such as production-centered AI platforms. Have a strong working knowledge of project management platforms, technical applications, programs, and standards. Ability to leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance workflows, optimize efficiency, and drive innovation in daily task. Ability to guide and direct production teams to keep them on budget and schedule while continually inspiring them to innovate for our clients. Strong organizational, verbal and written skills. Stay up to date on the current production landscape, attending conferences and familiarizing yourself with emerging technology trends and tools. Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools, technical applications, programs, and standards. Establish and maintain strong relations with external partners, including production reps and vendors, freelance designers, animators, content creators, and editors, finishing and VFX partners, talent agencies, etc. Proven experience as an Integrated Producer in Digital, Television, Film and / or Advertising. Collaborative and creative problem solver. Strong understanding of social trends and platforms, and ability to contribute on a social first production. Ability to work under pressure, within extremely tight deadlines while maintaining a good sense of humor, tact and professionalism. Ability to travel when necessary, between the various offices as needed.

Purpose
We are seeking a Producer to add to our team. In this role you will be responsible for executing productions on all assigned broadcast content, social content, activations, OOH, digital, new business etc. We’d like to see 3+ years experience in production. Agency production experience is a plus.

Salary Range
Our estimated range for this role is $75-90K. Compensation packages are based on the skill level and experience each candidate brings to their role.
