Summary :
Sportssupervisors are responsible for administering adult and youth sports whileproviding world class customer service for patrons.
Sports supervisors areexpected to have general knowledge of adult and youth sports programs offeredby the City of Fort Collins.
ESSENTIALDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Must be able to work weeknights and some weekends.
- Enforce sports rules and policies with staff and participants.
- Maintains work area, facilities, supplies and equipment.
- Completes a variety of paperwork daily log, results and incidents reports.
- Assist with any first aid, CPR and other medical attention as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guest.
- Attends and participates in staff meetings and trainings
- Performs all other related duties.
- Maintain professional appearance with requiredstaff shirt and / or jacket.

- Ability to operate all assigned equipment safely.
- Ability to perform first aid as needed.
- Ability to provide customer service in a fast paced, chaotic environment.
EDUCATION& EXPERIENCE : Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.High School Diploma or GED preferred. One year of sports-related experiencepreferred.
Must successfully pass all required employment screens.
