About the Role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Specialist to join our client's finance or customer operations team. This individual will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end billing process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and supporting customer subscription renewals. The ideal candidate has experience in SaaS billing cycles, subscription management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Generate and distribute accurate customer invoices in accordance with contract terms and billing schedules.
• Manage subscription renewals, including sending renewal notices, updating pricing, and processing changes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain and update customer billing records in CRM and billing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Zuora, or similar).
• Respond to customer inquiries related to invoices, payments, and renewals in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Assist with month-end close processes and revenue recognition compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve billing processes and enhance customer experience.
