Job description

ABOUT THE COMPANY

We are currently working with a very fast-growing company that is adding to their team in the way of an Accounting Assistant

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTING ASSISANT

  • Assist the Accounts Payable Process
  • The Accounting Assistant will enter and process employee expense reports
  • Monitor bank statements
  • Assist in month end close
  • The Accounting Assistant will help prepare and post journal entries

    • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS OF THE ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

  • The right person is sharp, smart, a thinker, eager to learn, and very professional
  • Recent grad or AP experience
  • Strong technical skills and willingness to learn new systems

    • Work Model :

  • Hybrid, with 3-4 days in office required per week

    • Compensation :

  • $48,000 - $53,000 / year
