Accounting Assistant 3

Chipton-Ross is seeking multiple Accounting Assistant 3's for a contract / hybrid opportunity in Bloomington, MD.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE) :

• High school diploma or equivalent with 4 years of work experience.
• Experience in Account Payable or General Accounting.
• Intermediate skills in Excel and thorough knowledge of other Microsoft applications including Word and Outlook.
• Excellent customer experience / skill set and mindset.
• Strong attention to detail, accounting oriented knowledge base, and the ability to multi task, manage time, and prioritize.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :

Looking for an Accounting Assistant 3 to support our Costpoint Invoice Indexing team in our Financial Shared Services organization. This role will utilize Costpoint, Perceptive Content, Brainware, Outlook, Excel, and other accounting tools to support Accounts Payable functions in accordance with GAAP, company policies, and government regulations.

School must be accredited.

WORK HOURS :

5 / 40 workweek. This position will be located in Bloomington, MN (with a hybrid remote schedule). candidate must be on site on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.
