What You Get to Do :

• Act as the primary customer liaison, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review proposals and budgets at order entry to confirm alignment and identify potential risks.
• Build and manage project teams, coordinating internal and external resources effectively.
• Develop and track project plans, focusing on financials, schedules, and resource allocation; ensure timely invoicing.
• Assess technical feasibility and risks to guide engineering and production decisions.
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering accountability and collaboration to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Facilitate key meetings, including kick-offs, design reviews, and daily huddles.
• Provide timely project updates and reports using project management tools.
• Balance customer needs with company goals through strong communication and strategic decision-making.
• Promote and enforce safety standards across all project activities.
