Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel
- Schedule and manage appointments and meetings
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or receptionist is a plusProven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar roleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to be resourceful and proactive when issues ariseStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritizeFamiliarity with office software and phone systemsBenefits
