CetraRuddy is currently seeking an interior designer with specialized experience in healthcare, cultural, educational, or institutional projects. The successful candidate will participate in the development of designs for interior and institutional projects, as well as future projects ranging from residential developments to cultural and educational projects. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects while upholding the firm’s dedication to quality, creativity, and contextual integrity.

Responsibilities Collaborate with the team to refine and implement the conceptual framework from the winning submission into cohesive interior design solutions.

Take charge of developing and managing detailed technical documentation, including construction details and specifications.

Create efficient space layouts that maximize functionality while ensuring comfort and accessibility for residents.

Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate interior design seamlessly into the broader project framework.

Select materials, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings that meet the aesthetic and functional goals of each project.

Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.

Provide oversight and guidance to Junior Designers and Interns, fostering their development while maintaining project integrity.

Skills / Requirements Professional Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in an architecture or interior design firm.

Experience in educational, civic, and healthcare interior design.

Strong design sensibility and technical knowledge.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Commitment to active participation in the studio culture and collaborative teamwork.

Programs / Software AutoCAD, SketchUp, and the Adobe Creative Suite skills.

Demonstrated superior graphic production and presentation abilities.

Pay Range The base salary for this position is estimated to range between $85,000 and $105,000, depending on experience, with opportunities for bonuses and a competitive benefits package.
