Hotel Logistics Coordinator
This is a full-time position for a fixed period of 7 months, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent contract based on performance review and company needs. As Hotel Logistics Coordinator, you will help us build and maintain strong working relationships with Austral Group's hotel partners and ensure an excellent standard of service to our travelers. You will be responsible for preparing the rooming lists and a smooth check-in process, coordinating with our internal and external teams all necessary details for a pleasant stay, scheduling provider payments and revising final billing reports. You will be successful in this role if you have a passion for the hotel and travel industry, you are comfortable with processing large amounts of ever-changing data, you think on your feet and solve problems proactively, and are analytical and process-oriented.
