Personal Insurance Account Manager
We’re looking for a personable, enthusiastic Personal Insurance Account Manager to help take our agency to the next level.
Our ideal candidate is a motivated team player who has the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced work environment. You will manage client communications, nurture important relationships, and keep track of policy details and documentation in a secured system.
This is a critical role on our team with a strong focus on client services to foster ongoing sales and renewals. We will provide industry-specific training for the right candidate who demonstrates a dedication to excellence.

Compensation : $53,500 yearly

Responsibilities :
- Retain existing customers by providing excellent customer experiences
- Help Budzisz Agency grow by using techniques to sell insurance products to new customers
- Become familiar with accounts and claim activity
- Proactively cross-sell to provide additional coverage to existing customers
- Prepare quotations and applications to close sales
- Manage assigned accounts including marketing to carriers, binding coverage, issuing renewals, producing evidence of insurance, etc.
- Help maintain common workflow
- Troubleshoot claims and billing issues
- Develop new business from existing accounts and assigned leads and contribute to meeting production goals
- Appropriately documents conversations with clients and carrier representatives and updates all agency systems when necessary
- Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- We are looking for candidates with an Associates or Bachelor’s degree but will consider those with relevant insurance industry experience, as well
- Insurance experience as an insurance agent or other position is highly preferred but candidates with the appropriate skills should still apply, training is provided
- Applicants must have an active insurance license in their state or be willing to get licensed in 90 days
- Candidates should have basic computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel PowerPoint, etc.)
- Must have very strong follow up, written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving skills
