Marketing Director or Sr. Brand Manager, Infant Nutrition

As a Marketing Director or Sr. Brand Manager, Infant Nutrition, you will lead and / or oversee day-to-day management of brand activities to help build an entirely new business segment within the Munchkin brand. You will play a key role in developing marketing strategy and work cross-functionally to launch a new category, grow market share and achieve financial objectives on this entrepreneurial new team. Specific responsibilities will include category development, new product launches, channel strategy, competitive analysis, and vendor management.

What You'll Do :

Strategic Leadership & Brand Ownership

• Own and evolve the strategic roadmap for Munchkin's Infant Nutrition category to align with corporate objectives and consumer insights.
• Drive annual brand planning, including business reviews, opportunity mapping, and multi-year growth strategies.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert on the Infant Nutrition category-translating trends, data, and competitive activity into strategic actions.
• Champion consumer-centric thinking and define a differentiated brand positioning that drives relevance and loyalty.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Product Development, Creative, Finance, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to execute on brand goals.

Salary range :

Sr. Brand Manager : $155,000 - $165,000

Marketing Director : $165,000 - $200,000
