This newly created role is pivotal in enhancing the resident experience and establishing a strong, localized brand presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all resident programming and guerrilla marketing efforts, with a focus on designing and executing a robust calendar of events that foster community engagement and satisfaction. Key responsibilities include building and leading a team to manage resident event logistics, customizing events to meet the needs of diverse property demographics, and coordinating with the marketing team to ensure a seamless integration of event-related social media and promotional activities.
Applicants for the Vice President of Resident Engagement position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in event programming, hospitality, or field marketing, with a proven track record of managing high-volume event planning and marketing logistics. The role requires strong project management, vendor management, and communication skills, as well as the ability to travel regularly to support activations across the portfolio. A self-starter mindset, strong organizational discipline, and a passion for execution are essential.
