What You'll Be Doing
- Consult with clients on estate planning and probate matters.
- Draft and review legal documents like wills, trusts, and power of attorney.
- Manage estate administration and probate matters.
- Participate in marketing and client acquisition efforts, including live and virtual presentations.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and lead by example as a firm representative.
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Juris Doctor (JD) and Massachusetts bar admission.
- Energetic and professional with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable with public speaking and explaining legal subjects in simple terms.
- Ability to work nights or weekends if required.
