Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and provide friendly assistance to callers
Assist with simple troubleshooting and submit support tickets as needed
Schedule appointments and document conversations for accurate follow-up
Required Qualifications
A quiet workspace with reliable high-speed internet
A computer (Windows-based) with dual monitors preferred and a USB-wired headset
A high school diploma or GED
Ability to pass a background check
Availability between 9 am - 6 : 30 pm EST, Monday-Friday
