Janitor I- Per Diem
Summary : You will be responsible for maintaining the floors of the Phase I Clinic by performing routine cleanings as scheduled.
You will also perform a variety of housekeeping duties to keep the clinic neat, orderly, and sanitary.
Duties include :
- Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows, mirrors and walls.
- Notify crew leader of low supply inventory.
- Empty trash and recycling bins.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
- Disinfect commonly used items, door handles, tables, and chairs.
- Makes up beds and changes linens.
- Clean and maintain restrooms and showers.
- Notify crew leader or supervisors of building repairs.
- Dust furniture and fixtures
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 25 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing.
