Regional Office Sales Manager
The Regional Office Sales Manager will organize, and lead a regional sales office for ATS Logistics. The Regional Office Sales Manager will have office profitability expectations and will be asked to perform a wide variety of daily tasks. Responsibilities may include management, interviewing, recruiting, booking freight, quoting, sales, marketing and promotion.

Responsibilities
- Manage office employees
- Establishes business with new accounts
- Build rapport with operations and St. Cloud staff
- Mentor employees
- Develop marketing / promotional mix for office
- Recruit
- Negotiate rates with shippers, entering and recording all terms and conditions of shipment agreements
- Qualifies new customers / shipments matching ATS Logistics requirements with shipper's needs and profile
- Responds to customers' requests for service and resolves customer issues
- Makes sales presentations
- Manage a book of business in excess of a million dollars annually
Qualifications
