Global SOX Compliance Specialist

A company is looking for a Global ICFR and SOX Specialist Non IT.

Key Responsibilities :

Support and execute all aspects of the Company's SOX / ICFR Program and compliance activities

Review and perform tests of internal controls, lead business process walkthroughs, and maintain SOX / ICFR documentation

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective execution of the SOX / ICFR program and manage issue / deficiency processes

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, with CPA, CA, or equivalent preferred

4-5 years of experience in auditing internal controls over financial reporting

Fluency in both Mandarin and English

Strong understanding of internal controls, IFRS, U.S. GAAP, and COSO

Proven ability to manage client requests and deliver quality results under tight deadlines
