A company is looking for an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead Consultant - Technology Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead organizational change management activities for technology enablement projects, including application implementations and user adoption initiatives
Apply structured change management methodologies to guide organizations through digital transformation focused on Microsoft technologies
Design and facilitate change management workshops and training sessions to support the adoption of Microsoft solutions
Required Qualifications
10+ years of consulting experience in organizational change management or management consulting with a focus on technology projects
Experience with ADKAR methodology and leading medium / large-scale organizational change efforts
Hands-on experience with Microsoft project delivery, including Dynamics 365 implementations and modern workplace applications
Deep understanding of change management principles and methodologies
Experience designing and implementing user adoption plans and training for technology solutions
