A company is looking for a Manager, Employer and Payor Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute a payor and employer engagement and sales strategy, including creating a business plan and partner enablement playbook
Build and maintain relationships with high-value payor, employer, channel, consulting, and broker partners
Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, including data sharing, performance tracking, and contract execution
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in health technology, benefits consulting, or digital healthcare partnerships with a focus on B2B2C or channel partner sales
Demonstrated success in building and executing complex partnership strategies with brokers, consultants, or health plans
Experience negotiating and managing contracts and partner agreements
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and performance tracking platforms
