What You'll Do
The Innovation Hub Coordinator is responsible for fostering a dynamic and supportive environment within the Innovation Hub. This role enhances user engagement by providing expert training and technical support on technologies and equipment available in the hub. The coordinator manages the operational aspects of the hub, including scheduling, general maintenance, and upkeep of all resources to facilitate a seamless user experience. This position serves as a primary point of contact for users, promoting collaborative projects and innovative uses of the hub's facilities.
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a candidate who brings technical expertise but also a passion for education and student success. Our ideal candidate will have :
- A Bachelor\'s degree in a technology-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Digital Media, Industrial Design) OR related experience in a technology-related field.
- One (1) year of experience providing technical support, training, or managing a technology-focused space (e.g., maker space, lab, tech center).
