Regional Clinical Director

As a Regional Clinical Director (aka., Corporate Nursing Director, Regional Nurse Consultant) at SHCM, you will work alongside our Director of Clinical Services to ensure clinical and regulatory compliance within our NC Centers (4 centers total ranging from 60 - 132 beds each), as required by Corporate and Federal and State law. You will travel daily to each center to assess, develop and implement performance improvement initiatives, monitor and report on 5-Star Outcomes, Best Practices, Standards of Care, Risk Management, and other quality related measures, and will work directly with Administrators, DON’s, and other stakeholders to develop standard operating procedures, action plans and educate staff. Education :

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ASN) or above required. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nursing a plus.
• RN Licensure in the state of NC required.
• 5+ years leadership experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing center required
• Prior LTC or SNF experience in the state of NC required.
• 2+ years experience as a Director of Nursing, Clinical Director and / or Regional Nurse Consultant in SNF / LTC setting required.
• Regional experience strongly preferred.
• Multi-site clinical leadership experience required
• Prior Clinical Quality, Performance and Process Improvement, Regulatory and Compliance, and Risk Management experience required.
• Must have the ability to navigate Windows and Microsoft Office programs, Internet-based Applications, and EMR Software
