Job Summary :

Are you an enthusiastic leader with a flair for animal care?

We are seeking a dynamic Dog Daycare and Boarding Kennel Manager to oversee operations at our two bustling locations.

This is your chance to work in a rewarding environment where you'll lead a dedicated team, ensuring dogs receive the love and attention they deserve while maintaining our high service standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and Inspire : Manage, inspire, and train a team of dedicated staff to deliver outstanding animal care and customer service.

Create Fun and Safe Spaces :

Develop engaging activities for our dogs, ensuring their safety and happiness at all times.

Drive Excellence :

Implement and uphold high standards of care, facility cleanliness, and safety across both locations.

Engage with Clients :

Build strong relationships with pet parents, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with a personal touch.

Manage Operations :

Oversee scheduling, booking, and inventory, ensuring smooth business operations and guest satisfaction.

Promote Our Passion :

Develop and execute strategies to grow our client base and increase community involvement.

Weekends Included :

Enjoy the dynamic and rewarding experience of working weekends, ensuring consistent care and connection with our clients and their pets.

Qualifications :

Proven leadership experience with a talent for teamwork and motivation.

Previous animal care experience, preferably in a kennel or daycare setting.

Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

A deep love for animals and a commitment to their care and happiness.

Availability to work most weekends and holidays.
