AWS Engineer

Title : AWS Infrastructure Engineer Location : Hybrid in Maryland Duration : Long Term Contract Only local to Maryland or Virginia will be considered

• AWS Focus : Cloud automation, application integration, and data operations using AWS services Description : This role focuses on engineering scalable AWS-native and hybrid platform solutions. The engineer will support automation for infrastructure and application delivery, manage data integrations, develop operational dashboards, and contribute to onboarding strategies within the AWS ecosystem. Responsibilities :
• Automate AWS infrastructure and service configurations using Ansible Tower, CloudFormation, or Terraform.
• Integrate applications with AWS-hosted services such as API Gateway, EC2, and S3.
• Manage dashboards and reporting tools like Qlik Sense and Splunk, linked with AWS data services.
• Support AI / ML initiatives with cloud-hosted experiments and pipelines (e.g., SageMaker optional). AWS Technologies Required :
• EC2, S3, RDS, API Gateway, CloudFront, CloudWatch, IAM
• DevOps experience with Jenkins, SonarQube, Spring Boot, Mulesoft
