The Senior Business Analyst (BA) supports enterprise initiatives by facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams. Will be responsible for requirements gathering, testing support, implementation coordination, and ensuring business needs are accurately translated into system functionality. The Senior BA plays a critical role in analyzing, validating, and documenting current and future processes, while also supporting iterative development cycles and post-implementation evaluations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive, independent evaluations of existing processes and project efforts.
• Facilitate requirements elicitation, documentation, validation, and prioritization in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between development teams and business users to ensure clarity and resolve issues.
• Coordinate user stories, work items, and deliverables in alignment with project milestones.
• Develop and maintain test plans, scripts, and cases for system, UAT, and accessibility testing.
• Identify, document, and report system defects and coordinate remediation efforts.
• Provide implementation support including training coordination, Go-Live activities, and schedule updates.
• Document implementation outcomes, system changes, and lessons learned in post-release reports.
• Participate in ongoing stakeholder sessions to ensure alignment with evolving business and technical requirements.
• Support triage of production issues, working cross-functionally to achieve resolution.
