Job Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Agent.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Call Center Agent, you will handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, and provide accurate and timely information to resolve customer issues.

Responsibilities : Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding products, services, and company promotions.

Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance.Document and maintain customer records, including call details, transactions, and complaints.

Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been fully addressed.Upsell products and services to customers, as appropriate.

Requirements : High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in using computer systems and applications.Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
