Call Center Agent
4 AM Shift
Function : The Customer Service Representative performs office duties of answering all incoming service telephone calls.
Responsibilities :
- Promptly answers incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Coordinates simultaneously mental, manual, and visual activities when talking on the telephone and using the computer.
- Promptly contacts Dispatchers to coordinate transportation service.
- Conducts self in accordance with HIPAA guidelines / regulations.
- Handles and promptly resolves client complaints.
- Other office duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Must have the ability to work effectively and professionally with a diverse group of persons.
- Ability to speak English clearly and precisely.
- Knowledge of computer technology and equipment.
