We are currently hiring a FT Marketing Analyst, hybrid in Boston MA .
Our Marketing Analyst are tasked with helping our brand teams use data to measure and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our marketing investments. The Marketing Analyst will support the team in measuring the performance of our advertising budgets, the effectiveness of our creative, and helping to build tools to enable us to make data-supported decisions.
What You’ll Brew :
Marketing Analysis and Reporting Analyze campaign performance and in-market testing, alongside sales data to build actionable insights for our brands around creative and tactical media optimizations
Build and maintain Power BI reporting for better self-service access to the Key Performance Indicators our Brand and Executive teams need
Collaborate with other cross-functional teams such as Business Analytics, Shopper Analytics and Data Solutions / Data Engineering to provide the most comprehensive analysis to the Brand teams
Work directly, and in full alignment with, the marketing manager for your assigned brands to ensure our testing Learning Agenda is always coordinated with their evolving strategy
Work closely with our Media Agency and other external vendor partners to coordinate measurement and in-market testing
Advanced Analysis Oversee Media Mix Model data collection, data and model QA, and insights for your assigned brands
Oversee test design, execution and analysis of results for direct attribution measurement
What Ingredients You'll Bring :
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Marketing Analytics or Marketing
1+ years in marketing analytics, either in-house or at a media agency
Prior exposure to marketing-related advanced analysis such as MMM and Matched
Working knowledge of data from common marketing platforms (Google DV360, Meta, etc.)
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle an array of tasks on tight timelines.
Preferred Qualifications :
Power BI (or Tableau, other) experience
Intermediate SQL experience – ability to write and optimize queries, build views and troubleshoot data pipeline issues
Boston Beer Corporation offers a salary range of $50,500 to $106,600 for this role. The actual salary will depend on experience, skillset, and location. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on company and individual performance.
